I'm kinda a fly by the seat of my pants kind of girl but I can try, it was easy. I would get a box of cous cous whatever flavor you want and follow the directions, it's easy, like making stove top where you boil water with a little olive oil and spices, then add the cous cous and wait 5 min. Then Boil carrots like normal for like 20 min, drain and toss with a little butter and salt and pepper. For the Chicken I sauteed it first with Pam and salt and pepper, then added some garam masala marinade/sauce I found at Target and also some coconut milk (canned, got mine at sunflower market) then cook until done. If some of the fluid evaporates, add more depending on how much sauce you want to pour over the other items.
