health kick

brandon and i are determined to shed a few pounds before summer
and run a half marathon...ambitious, i know
step 1: being able to run over a mile without panting
here is some lunch i fixed
it's not really a diet, just attempts at good healthy food


menu:
broccoli with a touch of cheddar
sauteed chicken taco with avocado, grape tomatoes, cheese, cilantro and lime juice
green grapes
cran-apple crystal light

it was pretty good and i'm full without guilt
